| Just a reminder to all our dealers: If the Big Joe unit requires a replacement AC charging cord, safety belts or keys it is the responsibility of the technician to report to the PPM, Inventory Supervisor or Manager on Duty, advising them they are able to order online via Best Buy’s Buy It Program. These items should not be ordered by dealers for replacement. Please have the technician or your dealership immediately call or e-mail Big Lift so we may follow up and alleviate repeat issues. | Recently, we implemented a new integrated computer system for our inventory to better serve our dealer network. While we are working with the system to streamline the parts order process, Support will not have updated inventory counts, so please remember to call in to check availability. We have also have temporarily changed our Next Day Air parts shipment cut off from 3:00 pm CST to 1:00 pm CST. We hope to reinstate the 3:00 pm cutoff in the very near future, but in the meantime we thank you for your patience and understanding. | |||

| Online Parts Ordering/Quoting is now available! The shopping cart feature of the website is now available! Dealers that are logged in are able to submit cart contents as a parts order. End users can print their cart contents along with a list of local dealers to obtain a parts quote. | |||
